At Swahili Society America, we are committed to the global promotion of Swahili culture and language. Based in Maryland, we are a society for anyone with an interest in this language, its people, and culture. It is not limited to native Swahili speakers, but our organization is also open to all Swahili friends.
We hold regular social events throughout the year. We also host empowering talks on various subjects, ranging from our history to current affairs, as well as the latest society news and emerging trends. Anyone is welcome to join SSA!
